Join us for a fun-filled Night of Celebration and Continuation of the good works of  Catholic Charities!

About Us

In 1991, Catholic social service agencies were gathered together to form Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Erie.

Together, the affiliate agencies that form Catholic Charities include: Harborcreek Youth Services, St. Martin Center, Catholic Charities Counseling and Adoption Services (CCCAS), and Better Housing in Erie; Prince of Peace Center (Farrell), Good Samaritan Center (Clearfield), St. Elizabeth Center (Oil City), and Catholic Rural Ministry in Potter and Venango counties.

In addition, the Diocese’s commitment to respecting the dignity of all human life gave rise to the evolution of two nursing homes: Saint John XXIII (Hermitage), and Christ the King Manor (DuBois), as well as its Office of Social Justice and Life, Office of Disabilities Ministries and Ministry with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing; The Family Life Office, and The Office of Diocesan and International Missions.

Guided in faith by the Holy Spirit, Catholic Charities agencies, ministries and programs continue to be witnesses and servants of Jesus Christ, committed to the sacredness of all human life and the betterment of society.

Club CC Night

is a fund-raising effort to help CELEBRATE the good works accomplished through these affiliate agencies, while helping to provide the funds necessary to CONTINUE the good works yet to be done!

Local comedienne, Lisa Chimenti-Foster, adds a lively interactive experience to Club CC Night as our toastmistress for the evening.  Bringing a new character to life as “Sister Agnes,” be prepared for the humorous Catholic-antics she will bring to the Club CC experience, as she adds new meaning to the word FUN-draising!

Cleveland Nightclub DJ, DJ Brent Schmidt’s professionalism, dedication and passion for music is evident when he plays the first song! With every detail in mind, Brent works tirelessly to make sure every era’s music is incorporated into the evening’s event. With his musical background, Brent will keep the night hoping from start to finish – working his way from dinner music to late night dancing!  DJ Brent’s passion, dedication, organization and professionalism will certainly provide the key elements to properly celebrate + continue the good works of Catholic Charities!

Suggestions for attire:

Women: This is not the event for the super casual as you will see plenty of women who will dress up! Nightclubs are famous for glitz and glam, giving you the chance to wear something you wouldn’t normally have the chance to wear without needing a ballgown! Above all be comfortable, without wearing leggings!

Men: By Nightclub we do not mean the private club, nor the golf club. Rather, try something slick, but still something you could wear to an office. Try a dressed down suit, lightweight blazer or leather jacket. You shouldn’t be too formal, but you do not want to be in an   unbuttoned shiny shirt! And for the man who does wish to wear dress jeans, be sure to accompany it with a sharp blazer so you’re sure to finish off the look looking sharp, not stuffy!
